Libyan Air Force Powerless to Resist No-Fly Zone

The U.S. and Great Britain are arguing for the international community — with U.N. or NATO approval — to establish a no-fly zone over Libya in order to protect anti-regime protesters in their two-week-old campaign against dictator Moammar Gadhafi.
