Sea Control 39 – Pacific Cyber Security

In a very short episode, Natalie Sambhi, of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI), interviews her colleague Klée Aiken from ASPI’s International Cyber Policy Centre (ICPC) about ICPC’s new report on cyber maturity in the Asia Pacific. They talk about cyber maturity, what it means, how it’s measured and which states are in the top rank. Interestingly, China and India are not one of them.
